Pros: The terraces & courtyard are small, but lovely. They also have a wonderful refresh lounge where you can sit, listen to relaxing music, & read or meditate. The relaxation lounge has massage chairs, & they have self service laundry machines. The rooms are cleaned well & replenished daily. Cons: The rooms are rather small & basic. The restaurants are pricey for what they offer. It has a self-service feel, with the staff present, but not overly helpful. The gym only has 4 machines (2 treadmills, one exercise bike, & a row machine with a broken foot strap). There are no weights or other workout equipment.

The gardens were amazing

wonderful staff and services. Very clean room and high end restaurants in the hotels. Convenient location to go any places in Tokyo using subways and trains. The only issue is the there is no USB charging ports in Zen rooms.

It was truly amazing in every aspect. We will surely be back!

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Excellent location and safe Will come again.

Very nice rooms- comfortable and a good size. Views from the upper floors are great. The breakfast buffet was a highlight each morning. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The location is solid- probably 30+ restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Roppongi is a 15-20 minute walk. Easy access to transport and many of the sights.

I had a great experience overall and really enjoyed my stay. One of the best things about this hotel is its location—it’s close to the train station, making it very easy to travel to different areas of Tokyo. The room was comfortable and a great size for a solo traveler or a couple. My only complaints were that breakfast wasn’t the easiest to access, and the curtains in my room had some mildew on them. Thankfully, there wasn’t much of an odor from the curtains, but the bathroom did have a strange smell, which I assume may have been due to the plumbing. If the curtains could be cleaned or replaced, it would make the stay even better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again because of the convenient location and comfortable accommodations.
