Better than expected and much bigger than expected. All the amenities are there. It’s next to the trains but we didn’t hear a sound. Very convenient and amazing space for what you get. Love that the toilet is separate from shower and tub. They think of everything from the little details of the things you need

We were a family of 4 - 2 teenagers and we had a good amount of space for Japan standards. Rooms were clean, washing machine/dryer was great as I could put the washing on as we went out for the day and when we got back it was fully dry. Lawsons and 7-11 super close which was probably the teenagers favourite lace to try all the different things. Staff very helpful. Around a 10 min walk (max) to the train station, which had a great choice of trains to get you wherever you were going. Overall would definitely recommend

Unclear policies until check in. website did not state you could not use public bathing or fitness suite if you have tattoos we was presented with this policy by the hotel at check in. booking platform could not help to resolve this issue and cushomer service has also been poor with multiple emails a day from differrent people. Tired looking hotel for the price with lots of people who were not guests coming/going to the hotel to visit men. Would not recommend staying here.

The property was an impressive at first impression. Once we went to our room it was even more impressive. The view from our room was more than expectation. We could see the pagoda and the mist every hour from our room. Breakfast was below par for buffet. Food was semi cold and the options is also below expectation. The hotel had the buffet in a what look like conference room with no window. While the upstairs main dining room have an excellent view with no business during that time. Only flaw. A bit far from Gina. It’s worth the hike. We found several local restaurants that was excellent for lunch and dinner. I would stay here again. If you book, make sure it’s the garden view room. Arrive on the weekend for buffet and individual breakfast the rest of the time.

A very nice hotel in good location very helpful staff. However the experience was soured by the very large and a bit noisy at night building site right next to the hotel. Request a room on the opposite side and the stay would be better.
