This hotel is the best between few hotels in stayed in los angeles so far. It takes just 15 mins walk to metro station, and central LA, which you can buy anytime you need here. The place is nice and clean overall. I cannot tell any cons so far. Will probably come to stay here again next time!

worst customer service ever，kick me out at midnight，stupid reason is my visa card doesnt have chip on it. And that card I have done the payment at first day when I was checking in. They just told me that they make a mistake for using this card and 3days later they wanna fix it then ask me to leave ...
