The hotel was just what we wanted being that we preferred staying in a high quality venue without a casino. Also, there are hundreds of restaurants close by and did not feel the need to eat in the hotel restaurant

The property was well maintained and has top notch shopping, food and entertainment

Shower head was broken but front desk changed the room for us immediately.

I recently stayed at Encore for Mother’s Day weekend, and this was hands down my favorite hotel experience in Las Vegas so far. I’ve stayed at several properties in Vegas over the years, but Encore truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and the mountain view from my room was breathtaking. The entire atmosphere felt luxurious, peaceful, and well thought out. Every staff member I encountered was welcoming, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I also loved how everything was right there within the hotel, amazing restaurants, shopping, bars, and overall energy. I ate at Casa Playa and the food was incredible. The short rib was so tender and flavorful that I was literally thinking about it the next morning. One small thing I wish the rooms had was a refrigerator or microwave option for leftovers, especially for food lovers like me, but honestly that was minor compared to how amazing the overall stay was. I ended up extending my trip an extra day just because I genuinely did not want to leave. Encore gave me one of the most relaxing and enjoyable Vegas experiences I’ve had in a very long time, and I’ll absolutely be staying here again.
