I was very happy to see that I could check in several hours earlier when I arrived. Was also given an hour later check out. Chose this hotel as it is near the airport did not expect all the wonderful restaurants, amenities of hotel and seaside restaurants. The room opened very nicely for a view of the ocean. When I arrive, the room was quite warm and I was told there’s no air conditioning at this time of the season to open my window and let the wind come in. it’s certainly helped. Night for sleeping with window open was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a beach experience in 20 minute ride to the terminal two airport. Receptionist was very kind accommodating spoke English very well.

The hotel is in a great location, with many shops, cafes, and restaurants located within the same complex. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the room we booked was modern, comfortable, and cleaned perfectly every day by housekeeping. There is also a large convenience store in the same complex, making it easy to stop by anytime for anything you may need. The hotel is within walking distance of many tourist attractions and is conveniently located near several subway stations and bus stops. I highly recommend Nine Tree Hotel Insadong and would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean hotel, short walk fromJuan station, on a bit steep inclibe, so be ready! Friendly staff, especially the manager - helpful & approachable, always smiling.

Breakfast choices need to be more.

Hotel is a short train ride to the palaces, quiet area. The restaurants and convenience store is just downstairs which is a plus.

Best hotel/resort I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful, everything was clean and unbelievably beautiful. The private spa was worth it! Plenty of restaurants and things to do!

Clean room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location was convenient.

Room is clean. Online service staff is responding well. Kitchen is compact but well equipped. Washer and dryer is a plus definitely.

It’s okay as a 3 star hotel. The bathtub is slippery, so it’s dangerous. Water splashes everywhere, so that also needs to be improved.

Very clean place to stay long or short term! not too far from the station and staff were great
