Alexander Valley Kid friendly Vacations

We stayed for the PIFA event across the street, so it was very convenient. Check in went smooth and Roberto was very helpful in getting our room very close by other family members. One of the staff members gave us a ride to the event, which was a blessing since we walked with our uncle who was elderly and barely could walk. I wish I remembered her name because she was very kind, patient, and a sweetheart. The only negative is, I wished there was a microwave in our room, which made it difficult to warm up food. Lucky our other family members stayed in a suite so we used there's. Other than that, it's a beautiful place to stay.

Stayed in a room where we could see the Padres stadium and it didn’t disappoint. The view was awesome and surprisingly you could actually open the window quite a bit! Unfortunately, it was super humid while we were there, but the AC worked very well and the room was comfortable for two travelers. Huge bathroom and nice shower with hot water and excellent water pressure. The bed was very comfortable, and there was two pillows for each person. They also give you one free water bottle a day for each visitor guest so that was also super convenient. The elevators were fast so going up 6 flights was quick. The hotel itself was quiet and only one night (Saturday night) was really loud from the street, people screaming, lots of sirens but what you’d expect being so close to the stadium and the gas lamp district. Speaking of, the location was perfect for walking to lots of restaurants, bars, coffee, etc. The valet/parking was expensive, but honestly worth it because I’m not sure where else we would have parked, and they were super quick about getting the car once you called. We did not check out the restaurant on the ninth floor or the breakfast in the restaurant in the lobby, but the free coffee was great and they did have flavored creamer, which is always a plus. Overall, no real complaints! I would definitely stay there again.

Room was decently clean but there are clear remnants of large plots of sand in the carpet and the toilet was left with clear marks of prior use. The facility charges criminal fees for snacks and water so avoid if you can. $15 for a bottle of water is just robbery. Overall a decent experience but the entire facility severely lacks value for your money.
