Nice apartment hotel with an excellent washer/dryer that was easy to operate and actually dried our clothes. The only downside is the lack of any type of hotel services, especially no coffee machine in the room or available in the lobby. There were also pans but no cooktop to use them. Price was a bit high but the room was relatively big.

spacious room with beautiful views! bed is big, clean room, only downfall is that it does get a bit loud at night as facing a main road.

The hotel is a bit dated - but well worth the convenience of proximity to the Shinkansen - a quick walk over a bridge to the hotel lobby. The room was quite roomy with an excellent breakfast including both western and Japanese options. There is also a quick walk over to the herb gardens and an enjoyable walk down to the port area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I loved Kobe and my stay at Ana Crown Plaza!

The entire staff was warm and welcoming. They know how to service their customers, and provided great luxury service.

Staff are friendly and the best is there was a washing machine
