Great place and friendly staff

The buffet breakfast is awesome. The staff members are very friendly and helpful .

Updates needed. New towels needed(very old). The room smells of mold. The staff was kind and helpful. It doesn't take much to buy new towels, clean walls, furniture, and remove the smell.

Good location but the room was not good for resting. Construction noise and the walls are very thin could here everything and everyone up and down the hallway slamming doors etc… shower had mold as well.

Pool needs a little fixing. Clean but a few broken jets. Shower head is a little clogged. Shoots sideways. Would stay again.

I always can’t wait to go back to this fine facility! There is absolutely nothing I could find wrong here!! Can’t wait for my next experience at The Landmark!

The room is spaced and clean except we spot a small roach crawling around. Stayed on 52nd floor, the view is excellent. The staffs are very polite and provided excellent services. We have free breakfast and there are a lot of food choices. The hotel ambiance is wonderful. Definitely recommend this hotel.
