Reasonably good hotel - a bit tired for a 5 star rating but all functions and amenities were working fine and presented well

The place were clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and always with a warming smile.

The hotel provides good services, the staff provides different help whenever you need. The breakfast has variety of food. The swimming pool is also nice. The hotel was so generous to give me a free bottle of red wine. Welcome drinks and snacks are provided. I found the refrigerator has water to come out, the staff handled it quickly. However, there are some points to improve. First, the WIFI was out of services for a long time. Second, the hotel mentioned in the website that free lunch and dinner will be provided but the staff said they were not included in the room charges. Maybe, My room is a lower price one. I don't know whether I misunderstood the "free lunch and dinner". The check in process is a bit too long, I have to stay in the lobby without air con, and it was quite hot. Overall, it is a good hotel with reasonable price , though some improvements are needed, I recommend tourists to stay in this hotel because the value per dollar is quite high.

The staff is always forthcoming to help and attend to the customer's needs. And the aroma around the hotel is. cozy and friendly. I think I will choose the hotel next time I visit siem reap.
