I was here two nights before move to another hotel as there was no room type available. When I return the next day. I supposed to come depositing my luggage before start my day. I have as for the same room, but was not available. The man at reception has given me the room on the same floor and allow me to check in. Wasn’t it a nice gesture to give to a returning guest. I will definitely stay at Hotel Diamond again when I visit Osaka.

Good location, no frill Hotel

"It's a no frill Hotel stay. The service staff, though can't speak English, are very friendly and eager to help. We arrived 1hr early and ask if we can check in and indeed the room is ready. Room and toipet is clean. 2 single (or twin, not sure though) beds are enough for us to have a good night sleep. ..."
