The hotel and rooms are great! Lounge is amazing if you need time to relax and have quiet time with amazing food and drinks and nice city views.
Isabel or Elizabeth at front desk was extremely kind. Overall nice stay for the price and good accessibility.

1st time traveling to China and 1st stop in Shanghai. It’s a 5-star hotel in a great location and “Nanjing” walking street just crossing the street. Friendly staff, good service even room cleaning is excellent. Unluckily my room was settled at a low floor (FL 7) and my window view is small street of side of the building and there was a ground floor shop doing renovations from the midnight to the morning every night from my check in to check out. I believe the hotel will do something for me if I make a complaint but I don’t and just let it go. Overall it’s a great place to stay.
