I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. There is a personal touch to this boutique hotel. It is close by to Nanjing Pedestrian street without the hustle and bustle of the shopping street . It is also extremely close to a metro exit (within 2 mins walk) and next to a huge mall. The room is clean and extremely spacious for 1 to 2 people stay. The bathroom is excellent with separate shower and toilet and a bathtub as well. I would definitely consider staying in this hotel again.

The service, accommodations, and decor are nothing short of sensational. The concierge, Mike Cai, was exceptional—almost like having a personal assistant in a new city. The staff exudes authenticity and attentiveness, creating an unforgettable experience.

The location is excellent, right smack in the middle of all the activities and within walking distance of the People's Sq Station. The staff is very courteous and the service is good. I had some issues with the power points and TV and the service recovery was good.
