We had a great stay at the Shangri La resort. The staff were very friendly and eager to accommodate. The resort is showing it's age a bit but overall provided everything we needed. Breakfast was good. Pool and waterpark is not heated despite the flyer given to us from repetition saying it is heated all year round. Rooms were spacious but worn out. Hot water went out unexpectedly for over 12 hours and notice wasn't given until it was already out.
