Appalling Customer Service
"Customer service is the worst among all the hotels which I have stayed in the world. The front desk staff called Clarin is in particular rude, knowledgeless and lazy. The room is dated and dirty. The drainage system is poor and in a desperate need of repair as it takes a long time for waste water ..."

Muy bueno, pero no excelente.
"Podría haber sido mejor, aunque el hotel es espléndido. En recepción, parecía más interesado en su teléfono móvil que en atenderme cuando hice Check-In, y un rostro sonriente, la atención amable y atenta siempre se agradece y se valora. Me encantó el hotel, la habitación parecía impecable y muy cómoda. ..."
