「My third or fourth stay at this hotel and unfortunately it is not keeping the quality it offered in previous stays. Staff is friendly and helpful but the facility maintenance is not keeping up. Noisy aircon, broken sensor in elevator. Water faucet at public toilet wobbly. Yet - the location is great. Plenty of entertainment, attractions and food within walking distance. Beautiful vista from dining room at 11th floor and a great breakfast buffet. Spa and pool at the basement. Spa offers...

「There is a pub near the hotel. If it is unfortunately arranged to the room facing the pub, it will be disturbed all night. Unfortunately, we are in the room facing the pub. It is a noisy room with a hot air conditioner. It was disappointing that we stayed many nights, but the hotel staff arranged a room in this location. After request, there was a room change. The new room was very good and comfortable. It's perfect except for checking in slowly and with that poor room. 😭 Various breakfast...

「Customer service is the worst among all the hotels which I have stayed in the world. The front desk staff called Clarin is in particular rude, knowledgeless and lazy. The room is dated and dirty. The drainage system is poor and in a desperate need of repair as it takes a long time for waste water to be discharged from the bath tub and every sink.」

「Fantastic location! The renovated room has a smaller bathroom than the older rooms. The new room needed more bars and hooks for hanging towels. The shower needed a bigger lip to prevent leaking water into the rest of the bathroom. The food is tasty and with different options. The staff is courteous, competent, helpful and accommodating.」
