If you are out of luck, you will get a noisy room

There is a pub near the hotel. If it is unfortunately arranged to the room facing the pub, it will be disturbed all night. Unfortunately, we are in the room facing the pub. It is a noisy room with a hot air conditioner. It was disappointing that we stayed many nights, but the hotel staff arranged a room in this location. After request, there was a room change. The new room was very good and comfortable. It's perfect except for checking in slowly and with that poor room. 😭 Various breakfast choices, new and comfortable beds, small but very good space, good location, etc ...

Good: convenient location, reasonable service, surprisingly good coffee at breakfast. Bad: room is small and extremely basic; only one complimentary bottle of water for 3 nights. Room floor is rather filthy. Quality is quite so so relative to its price.

預訂了高級客房, 註明面積 215 平方呎及有梳化床, 入住時提供了細一級及沒梳化床的客房, 也沒有說明, 企圖瞞天過海, 被發現後則多番狡辯, 最終是三無, 沒有解決, 沒有解釋, 沒有道歉. 旅遊數十年, 從沒碰過有酒店像這次把已預訂的房間賣掉. 絕對不可接受, 慶幸還有其他房間提供, 否則隨時流落街頭.

Very enjoyable stay. My room was small, but that's expected outside the US, and I was traveling alone anyway. Lobby staff was friendly, Israeli breakfast spread was amazing and the location cannot be beat. Yaffo/Ben Yehuda right outside hotel, and was within walking distance to Old City. Would definitely stay here again.

The desk staff were good. Construction on all sides of the hotel so its noisy during the day. Noise from the bars at night. The housekeeper asked me for a tip and where to leave it in the room, that was very strange. Never been asked before

The overall hotel experience was fair but the noise from the bars right across the hotel and from construction- even with closed windows-was totally out of hand. I had to change rooms a few times just to be able to sleep.

The breakfast was poor quality. The room was small and stuffy. They did not have taxi service and told me to schlepp my luggage uphill two blocks to hail a cab. I am a senior and if it wasn't for a very kind stranger that had no connection to the hotel to help me i probably would have a heart attack. Poor service and bad attitude from the hotel clerk. I will not stay there again.

The room could’ve been taken care of a little bit better at the Ibis hotel. One day we had no towels. The floor was not clean for the whole week. We were there. Had to request several different items in order to be served properly. Overall, I would stay at the ibis again

This was our rescue hotel after the one I originally booked was not as it seemed😮‍💨. I should have booked this one from the beginning. The breakfast (kosher), had many food varieties and was delicious. Breakfast staff (elderly man), was really sweet and helpful! The hotel stored our luggage in the morning while we went on a tour. Location was right smack on the pedestrian strip that could take you to Old Jerusalem in minutes, by foot. Many shopping and dining options close by and that closed late! There was heavy construction going around the hotel, however no noise could be heard 7:30 pm onwards. The room was spacious!
