Loire Valley Kid friendly Vacations

Great staff, kind, attentive in a centrally located place buzzing with activity. Super cool hotel and rooms, water ran lukewarm for me in the shower and couldn't be adjusted but not a huge deal and perhaps just bad luck during my stay. Would stay again!

Amazing and beautiful place to stay

The pictures were not at all like our room. We had no windows. we paid for a deluxe apt and were very disappointed with the room. Staff was hit or miss - some were great some were not nice.

This lovely hotel is exactly what we were looking for. Small, friendly, clean, well appointed and incredible location. Storing our luggage from our early flight was wonderful. Our room was cleaned wonderfully every day. The staff was helpful and friendly and the beds were comfortable. I recommend reading the welcome book in the room. We did not until the last day and we missed some important information regarding AC / Heat. The elevator was wonderful and helpful with our luggage. We will look forward to returning in the future. We stayed in Room 42 with no view with 3 people. Room 44 had a lovely view of the louvre and church but only accommodates 2 people however you can adjoin with room 45 to accommodate more people. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The staff was outstanding. Jemima, Kristof, Assunts, Victor. They all went out of their way to help, above and beyond expectations. The room was beautiful and well insulated from street traffic.

Excellent staff (very kind and helpful), great location (very close to subway), and a beautiful hotel (unique design POV). For me, I wouldn't say it was worth the price spent.

Absolutely loved this hotel, excellent location in a lovely part of Paris. Stunning architecture everywhere. Warm welcome upon arrival, and shown to our rooms with a quick tour and explanation of the hotel facilities. Lovely well furnished room, with a balcony overlooking the hanging garden. We had breakfast in the hotel, which was a tranquil setting, and a delicious start to the day. Day spent exploring Paris, and then dinner at La Plume in the evening. Very dark restaurant, with everyone stylishly dressed (not necessarily blazers etc like you might find in a high end UK restaurant). Shame that the rooftop bar isn't open at this time of year, but you can still head up there and take in the magnificent views. Will definitely go there next time we're in Paris!
