I was on the 13th floor, the elevator was a bit slow. The bed was comfortable, clean didnt have any issues. The bathroom toilet did get clogged and when i told the staff on my last night, she was quick to help. I enjoyed the staff very much, they were helpful and understood english especially when i explained i had clogged the toilet. Shops near by, amazing. Walking distance towards everything. Great selection of food and restaurants around the area. On the first floor is a convenience store which was great. A back behind would.be yhe sea food market which was great but overwhelming, in front if the underground shopping and across the street is BIFF square. A lot of street food, bus stop was close by and the subway.

Easy walking distance to subway, shopping mall and markets. A little quiet at night in the immediate surroundings. Lovely views from room and rooftop. Convenient having free washer and dryer in the basement as not many ppl seem to use it. Rooms were not big but sufficient.

Nice room and very good breakfast buffet. I liked the coin operated laundry. But the hotel has some draw backs. The check in desk is on the 5th floor, but the lobby is on the 1st. It is unstaffed, with escalators out of service, so the guest has to find the elevators and figure out where to go to check in. It should have a sign up front to direct to the right floor. Also, both restaurant and bar seem to be closed at times with no explanation, even during hours of operation. Apparently, this is a new hotel, so, hopefully, these problems will be fixed in the future.

I recently stayed at Adela Hotel Busan and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in the city. The hotel is directly across from Lotte Mall and close to key shopping streets, cafés, and restaurants, while Busan Station is only around 12–15 minutes away by taxi, making it very convenient for getting around. We stayed in a standard room on the 23rd floor with outstanding views overlooking the mountains, bridges, harbour, and distant lighthouses. The room was deceptively spacious, approximately 15m x 6m, with floor-to-ceiling windows that really made the most of the scenery. There was plenty of room for suitcases, plus a small dining/coffee area beside the windows which was perfect for relaxing. The bathroom was also generously sized at around 3m x 3m with a good shower and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it worked very well for two people without ever feeling cramped. The only small downside is that the hotel is beginning to show a little age, with some wear and tear noticeable in certain finishes and trims. However, considering the price, location, room size, and incredible views, this was very easy to overlook. I stayed at the neighbouring LaValse Hotel the week before at a much higher price point, yet the room was around half the size and less practical for two people. Adela offered far better overall value. I would definitely stay again and would simply encourage the hotel to modernise a few details-try it!

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The room had a wonderful sea/bridge view and both room and bathroom were spacious. The bathroom has a nice standalone bath which we used with hotel supplied bath salts. The bed was super comfortable and comforter/sheet were nice too. We appreciated a large safe as well. We initially had a concern about the location but it was a quick taxi ride from jagalchi market (6800 won) and close to the songdo beach/cable car/restaurants. There is a newly renovated Korean spa/jjimjilbang with sea views within a walking distance.
