Rooms were large and spacious. Some staff was friendly. Most of the hotel is outdated. Rooms are clean but very old and need major updates. Gym is old and staff is not that friendly. Pool is an additional fee and if you want a chair on the pool deck that’s even more. I spent 8000 yen for one day at the pool!
Check in staff turned us away because we arrived 10 minutes early. Location is nice and central to trains and some decent spots within walking distance. Restaurants in hotel were overpriced especially for the quality of food offered.
Got the feeling they weren’t to happy to have non Japanese speaking tourists around.

This is a really lovely place. I would be hard-pressed to find any fault with it. The staff bend over backwards for you they can arrange I took took or taxi or any other thing you need. There are two pools. I give it a 10.
