Really good service

Located conveniently at the middle of the strip. Services could have been better. No coffee machine for coffee/tea services available in the room.

If you are 25 or younger and you’re just coming to party, this property is fine. If you’re a bit more discerning, beware. They charge you for every little thing including late checkout. The rooms are not well appointed and very basic. There’s very little ‘Planet Hollywood’ vibe. More a party vibe. Getting anyone to help you is difficult. We couldn’t get the WiFi working…called them 6 times and no one picked up. When we did get someone, they often couldn’t help because the hotel allows very little flexibility to offer good customer service (clearly more about what they can charge you versus good customer service). The attached Miracle Mile Shops are blah. We actually upgraded to a suite and it was not clean. The bedside tables were stained and looked like they had dried blood under the glass, the curtains had moth holes in them and for a suite, I shouldn’t have to put the coffee maker on the floor to plug it in (no plug around the bar area where it was). Very disappointing.

The man running breakfast was wonderful! He made the mornings bright with his genuine smile and warmth. The front desk staff were also friendly and welcoming. We felt bad for the housekeeping staff however. They were extremely limited in their ability to do their job since they had to share the elevators with the guests. There were only 2 (tiny) elevators in the entire hotel which didn't even support the number of guests, let alone the housekeeping staff as well. Waiting for extended periods of time for an elevator was common. We resorted to using the stairs many times even though we stayed on the 25th floor. However, the location was great, close proximity to many restaurants, bars, and entertainment.

Best neighborhood. Easy access to everything. 24/7 supermarket with great food options.

We had such a wonderful stay at Pendry Manhattan West. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—exquisite, tasteful, blissfully quiet, and impeccably clean. Our corner suite was truly impressive, with expansive windows wrapping around the room and offering breathtaking views in multiple directions across Manhattan. The luxurious bath and modern, refined design made it a serene retreat after a full day exploring the city. A special mention goes to Oksana, the director/manager, whose attentiveness and genuine care made us feel so welcomed. She handled everything with such thoughtfulness and professionalism that we left feeling truly valued as guests. Her warmth and dedication left a lasting impression on us. The location couldn’t be more convenient—right outside Penn Station—making travel logistics effortless. From the elegant design to the exceptional service, our experience here was nothing short of perfect, and we will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend!
