"The room was clean but….needed some TLC. Carpet needed a deep shampoo cleaning. The bathroom while nice needs a remodel-peeling wallpaper, very low sinks and outdated, scratched cabinets. Needed new window drapes(were stained) and new patio doors-they have condensation on them as they aren’t double ..."
