This hotel is in a perfect location. Several metro options nearby. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. We had a triple room with 3 separate single beds. Room had good amount of space without feeling overcrowded. Highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at the Normandy Hotel! The location is fantastic, perfect if you want to be close to the Louvre, Rue Saint-Honoré, the Opéra area, and many of Paris’s main attractions. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The rooms are on the smaller side, but there were two of us in the room and we fit comfortably. If you have the option to book one of the larger rooms, I think it would definitely be worth it. Having the taqueria and the crêpe place right at the hotel was also incredibly convenient and worked wonderfully for a quick and easy meal. And I have to mention the bed, the mattress was AMAZING! Honestly, one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept in. After walking around Paris all day, it was heaven!

Clean; helpful staff

The staff at this hotel couldn’t do enough for us. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and well looked after. A special mention has to go to Victoria, whose welcoming nature and attentiveness were phenomenal. She truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She noticed that it was my fiancée’s birthday 🎂 just two days before our stay, and while we were out, she arranged a lovely surprise of balloons waiting for us in our hotel room. 🎈❤️ It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch and made her birthday celebration even more special. Victoria also recommended a phenomenal restaurant for us to continue the birthday celebrations, and her recommendation was perfect. 壟🎂 Our room was lovely and comfortable, and the Juliet balcony was a nice touch. I would have liked the bathroom to be slightly bigger, but it was perfectly adequate and did the job. The breakfast had a small selection, but what was available was nice and enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel was lovely, the service was excellent, and the personal touches made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Victoria’s kindness, warmth and attention to detail really stood out and made our experience extra special. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would happily visit again.
