Hotel staff are not very nice, they tend to be very silent not very friendly when you check in/check out. The room is quite small compared the picture, for a 5 star hotel and the money paid, nothing is surprising or impressive. We stayed in a 4 star hotel afterwards which is much more comfortable and spacious. This hotel is lack of service and amenities (no coffees offered at the lobby). Overall for the money paid the hotel just meet the expectations. Service needs to improve.

Excellent location. Close to Huanggang Port to catch an airport bus which took less than an hour.

入住华强广场酒店体验挺好，小周给我们升级了房间，服务态度很好，酒店晚上还提供宵夜，23楼大堂有饮品西瓜汁小食可以使用。周边交通便利，购物方便。

Staff was helpful. Place is near to shopping street with plenty of food options.
