Staff was great! Air return full of dust they vacuumed but could have completely replaced the filter. We loved access to MRT & BTS. Malls nearby and Lek Massage just outside Lobby was Fantastic!!!

Pros - The staffs are professional in the check in/out lobby and through out the hotel.
Cons - The Hotel room we stayed in is old, a lot of worn out stuff in the room and it's not worth the price we paid for. There are better hotels within this price range and this hotel is a part of other store/vendors within the building. It's a high class hotel so make sure you dress accordingly or they will deny entry to the 64th floor food/bar. When we arrived on 64th floor we were taken to a smaller bar and taken to a chair/space before showing us around-(do some research before you come here or you'll feel like you got scam). I think the price for the bar is over price and over hype, but if you don't mind the price then it's not that bad.

We enjoyed breakfast poolside. It was quite warm out so a dip in the pool was very refreshing. There were very few people swimming, not at all crowded.

Flying boat after travelling from UK ahead of travelling to Korea the following day. Quick check in. Very nice quality room with bath tub. Pool view from room which was huge and the restaurant we used that evening was delicious 😀
