Staff extremely friendly, rooms serviced late in the day (after 5.00) no fresh towels, water, coffee after being out in the pool or site seeing. People not obeying hotel rules smoking at pool side and bringing in alcohol (being disorderly) making it uncomfortable.

This hotel is clean and has a lovely setting with beautiful grounds. But it is a ways from the beach so be aware of where you select your room as it’s not beachfront. Having said that, it isn ’t a far walk to the beach. We did find the lobby and bar area very hot as there were no ceiling fans or air conditioning as it is completely open. We were there in February though when it is starting to warm up. There are many bars and restaurants close by which makes it convenient.

Room cleaned everyday staff were great. Great golf at loch palm and red mountain. Breakfast I would rate below par but would overlook that. Location is a little far out. If golf is the reason for staying it’s an outstanding hotel.
