We reported a beeping coming from the ice or vending machine. We had to listen to it all night as no one came to investigate or fix it. Our room was not very clean. There was hair around the sink and on the floor in the bathroom.

So i found it odd the room didn't have a mini fridge. This is critical for water. If i must drink warm water or pay $30/day in water to drink cold, i'm just not going to stay at your hotel. Plus i need it to store other drinks and food. The other thing that is odd is there was no shower curtain. The bathroom was so flooded that the water was going out into the room. Absolutely crazy. But overall the room was very nice and clean and modern.

The room was very nice. View was spectacular. The man let me check in early with my PTSD requests. The only problem I had was DuPars restaurant failed to let people know that they have a limited menu on the 1st Monday of the month and are limited to staff and food closed for “deep cleaning.”
