Services are slow and housekeeping needs improvements. For examples such as dirty glasses were not replaced with new ones, some electrical outlet in our rooms were not working, cleaning solution was left in our room m, and bedsheet and cover had a musty-smelling. We notified the front desk. This is a beautiful resort and the services should be improved.

We did the 2 night stay for our honeymoon straight after our wedding and couldn’t be happier. The villa is beautiful, food is amazing and we had the best sleep on the most comfy bed. There are plenty of activities within the resort too.

room were very clean, very comfortable bed and bed sheets are clean and high quality. staffs are very friendly, helpful and courteous. This is second times staying at this location and it was just as good or better than my first time. what would make the trip more perfect was if they can provide stronger dark ice coffee in the morning.

Really nice place, great staff, really well kept. Food was incredible. The only negative I will say is it’s so far from the De Nang airport, further than anticipated. Normally in Canada we can cover 30-40 km in 15-20 mins, the drivers are so slow and it takes a very long time to get there. If you’re staying a week, great, if you’re staying 3,4,5 days might not be the spot

The rooms were nice and clean although the exterior of the apartment complex is outdated and a little run down. Staff were helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast at Hay Hay restaurant had a nice varied selection. Amenities were adequate.
