I truly enjoy having breakfast while taking in the beautiful natural scenery. However, I do miss the old buffet breakfast area from 15 years ago—it was much more open and surrounded by nature. PRIVATE BEACH: Unfortunately, the beach was a letdown, appearing dirty and poorly maintained with a noticeable amount of trash and debris scattered around. I strongly recommend that management take substantial action to clean and properly uphold the area, ensuring it truly serves as an exclusive private beach for their guests. While some signage has been put up, this is hardly sufficient and shouldn’t serve as an excuse. The space feels neglected, which is surprising considering a well-kept private beach should be a priority for Fairways, especially since it’s a key draw for international visitors. The state of the environment is crucial, particularly when so many foreign guests are attracted to the resort for its supposed exclusivity. STAFF: The staff were consistently wonderful and accommodating—Filipinos really are some of the best hospitality professionals in the world! CLEAN ROOM: The room was spotless and well-maintained; I just hope they will consider providing more than two towels in the future.

The Pinnacle is a fantastic hotel located at the far end of station 1 on White Beach. It’s very clean , the rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are very nice. The only downside was the poor WiFi connectivity in our room, but when you’ve got White Beach on your doorstep WiFi is a minor niggle!!

The room was spotless and the staff was helpful and friendly and the location was excellent for walking around and very close to the beach.

This hotel is outstanding and everything about it is 5 star. Starting from breakfast, to amenities and the pristine beaches. We loved it and I highly recommend it!!

The hotel was absolutely stunning. It has many restaurants, a huge pool and it opens up onto a private beach shared with a couple of other hotels which was incredible. I have never stayed in a hotel where staff were so attentive - they were so friendly and more than happy to help at any moment in time. I would highly reccomend staying here!! It is an incredibly beautiful place - I would stay here again!

Clean and nice place

There was no window in the room, but it was okay for a 1-day stay for us. Breakfast was good and the ocean view from the lobby was great.

This was a great place but what made it extra memorable was the staff. Ruby was the best and absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!!
