Nice service and well located

地理位置优越，环境不错，房间也很舒适，前台carman和celine两个人服务非常棒，马上办理入住手续和满足客人的需求。由于离酒店是早上很早，值班经理还非常帮忙的帮助我们把行李拿出外面，服务非常好，感谢。但是发现2号楼的客房服务不是很到位，我们用过的水杯和咖啡杯并没有清理，咖啡和茶并没有补充，出现这个问题共有两次，也投诉了两次，第二次的时候先打电话到客房服务跟小姐姐服务员说了，居然说不在他们服务范围内，让我们非常不满意，然后投诉到客房经理，客房经理居然说之前电话是AI回答，这样推卸责任的回答让人非常无语。我住2号楼之前在同一酒店的1号楼住过，1号楼清洁从来没有这种问题，这让我很失望，希望以后会有所改进。

On my 40 day trip to China, I stayed at Fraser Suites for 9 days & it was my favorite place of 5 to stay. The one bedroom premier suite was very spacious and convenient. The location is great, shopping convenience and great food options. The property had activities such as golf stimulator and massage chairs which greatly helped after long business days. There is also a computer and printer in the lobby which was very much appreciated as I needed to use it for my visa applications for my journey onward. All day coffee. The staff was very helpful and polite, housekeeping was great, cleaned very detailed and always so warm. Front desk was always very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast staff was also the best as I ran late one two occasions for breakfast and they were still so polite and helpful. Jackson, the concierge must also be heavily commended as I forgot some items in the shower and he organised and dropped them off for me and was always so helpful along my stay. My Only suggestion is to let the robot deliver food ordered on apps to the room. This really helps with convenience and relaxation. You have gained a now long term customer as my stay was truly delightful and I appreciate the amenities of the property and staff.

Great hotel. Highly recommend. Nice gym/spa with an excellent sauna. 2pm check out is standard. If you have some time to kill they take care of you well.

We stayed here for almost 3 weeks, great hotel in a very convenient location. Staff were all very kind, our house keeper Liang Jin Ying was fantastic and made sure our room was always clean. Would definitely stay again!
