This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Derek. As foreigners and we use eSIM without a physical phone number, it’s not an easy thing to reserve Disney park tickets. Derek has gone beyond and above to assist us, we feel sorry to take him so much time but his service is just great!

Room was modern and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Perfect location on the Bund and across from the skyscrapers of Pudong. This was our second stay here.
