The room was clean and the price per night was affordable. The location is excellent and the reason why we booked this hotel. I have to commend all the staff for being friendly and courteous. They took care of us and provided us with what we needed.

Pros price and proximity where I need to go
Cons room ok bathtub peeled off . Old floor towel old and dingy
Pointers which I was not aware of that there are 2 . . city center hotel . Look well where you’re booking .
One hotel has Grand in the name . Where we are at it’s plain City Center . I wish we did the grand to see the difference. But I will never be back to this hotel
Breakfast is Ok to me . During our first time to do breakfast , the place was loud conversation of hotel staffers and all hanging by the elevator. Plates used by guest all were filing up on each table. I can no longer bare the noisy conversation and filing dirty plates I asked for the manager . They say he is in his office . I asked who the team leader of the group .
That I need to talk to . Queeny presented herself . She’s a sweet lady listened to my observation . It’s not a negative comments but something to improve on. I am a Filipino and just came from Japan . We saw the difference in these 1 countries. Queeny positively took my advise
The next day , we saw the differences . greatly improved . I am a proud Filipino and their actions reflect back to me . Thanks Queeny for listening
