Table Mountains Cheap Vacations

Usually stay at treasure island so a repeat review. Decided to try out a petite suite this time around for a birthday since it was a reasonable price. Front desk check in is easy. We arrived earlier than check in and would have paid for early check in but as we booked a suite it is not an option due to the amount of rooms which I was aware of as I called to check the day prior. I was told to still check in and if there was an available suite it wouldn’t be an issue to get in early. The room was not ready yet but would be shortly and was told to come back in a half hour to get keys. All of that was fine. Collected keys and went up to the room. Upon entering the room it’s evident it hadn’t been cleaned, and if it was it was very hastily done. I would have rather been told to come back at standard check in time to ensure a clean room than get into a room earlier and have it look like someone had just left. Front desk service was apologetic and offered to either have it cleaned or move us to another room. We opted to just have it cleaned and move on with our day. Besides this the rest of stay is great just a disappointment as all of our other stays in standard rooms we have never experienced this. The room location was very accessible and had a great strip view. The current construction of hard rock hotel dampened the view of strip but was nonetheless appreciated. Given the room situation was a first time out of many times in the past decade I will still continue to stay

More food options would be nice

We only ate at the on-site pizza shop – prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. We also enjoyed the convenience of free parking in the garage.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Extremely clean! Security was on point and the staff was amazing. Not to mention very affordable. Loved it & will be back again

Clean and tidy, big room good view, but someone left a needle in my room before I checked in, pretty horrible part.

It was very nice and fancy. Lots of food options and great stores to shop at.

All food at the casino was excellent and affordable. There was a few issues at the casino that i feel staff was poorly trained on with no communication. Although all staff and management was very polite and helpful resolving issues
