The property is very architecturally unique and fun to stay at.
We had by error chosen a room without windows and they accommodated us with a room with windows. Service is excellent.
Restaurant has great ambiance, but they could do better with the food for dinner.
Breakfast was excellent.

I dont know how this hotel has 9.+ ratings, the price is not cheap compared to toget hotels, the breakfast was limited but VERY delicious and they change it on a daily, The AC did NOT work, i was switched rooms, and still didnt cool, my bathroom was dirty, the front desk lady yelled and at a worker for giving my son a free water bottle (he is 7). I would NOT recommened it, there are better a d cheaper hotels near by

Very professional staff that all knew us by face and they all seemed to know our itinerary. The food was good, the room was clean and well maintained, the atmosphere was very calm especially in comparison to the bustling outside. Super quiet and peaceful. Right in the heart of the Old Quarter area.
