The hotel was acceptable as one of the cheaper options, but the shower was a 0/10. It leaked terribly and was not at all temperature-regulated. Very disappointing. Staff didn't really seem to care when I mentioned the leaking after multiple instances of reporting it. Otherwise, this was an ok stay.

Friendly staff, great location. Bathrooms need renovating but were clean. The only issue i had was that i asked for a king bed, which was 2 singles pushed together. One mattress was higher than the other. Not a comfortable sleep.

Property located in a very vibrant Asian community within Melbourne. Lots of Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese restaurants on the same block as hotel. Very convenient METRO outside the Bourke Melbourne Citadine entrance!
City views from floor #22 were spectacular. Laundry machines also conveniently located on our floor.
Melbourne offers several transportation options including Uber and SkyBus airport shuttle. Convenient but expensive car parking is available on site.
Highly recommend this hotel.
