Great location, close to the airport, room was spacious and clean staff were good but need a bit more customer focus and welcoming. I think chairs at the reception is not ideal as an old man was sitting there facing the other side make us confused if that was the main hotel reception or not. Hotel Reception should look more welcoming. Restaurant food and staff were great but a bit more attentive. Overall it was a great sray.

It does what it needs to do - a bed before or after a flight - but absoly nothing else. Far too expensive for what it is at least for my stay (I guess there were many events in Sydney). It is clean, but just a bit depressing.
