Great place to stay! I had a long layover and chose this hotel for one night, however I would’ve stayed longer if I could. It has a great view of the ocean, beautiful surrounding landscape, and close by shops and restaurants. No problem getting a taxi to and from the airport.

Clean room, helpful staff. Didn’t try the breakfast since it was expensive. They have a shuttle to the train station, then you have to take a train to the airport. The bathroom shower was a bit clogged, but it was alright. For the price $55 a night for me it was worth it.

As someone who also works in the hospitality industry, I truly appreciate great service when I experience it. I would like to thank the entire team for making my mother’s recent stay so enjoyable. My mom couldn’t stop talking about how much she loved her trip, and a big part of that was because of how wonderful the hotel was. The property was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the service provided by the staff made her feel welcomed throughout her stay. Thank you for creating such a positive experience for her. It means a lot to know that she was well taken care of. We will definitely recommend your hotel to family and friends and look forward to staying with you again in the future. 😊

It was good hotel but for food it is not recommendable. There are no vegetarian options.

Our stay at Kowloon Shangri-La was very comfortable. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The only downside was that the bathroom did not have a bidet. Other than that, everything met our expectations and made for a pleasant stay.
