Beautiful property close to everything and walkable

Area kinda rough and there was couple next door making the most noise, arguing, knocking on the door watching tv so loud made it very difficult to sleep

Location is excellent for access to campus, staff helpful

This hotel is a total gem! Beautiful lobby and bar/restaurant area, friendly and efficient staff, and nicely appointed rooms: a really comfortable bed, elegant linens, excellent toiletries in the bathroom, and little touches like a good makeup mirror and cushioned hangers in the closet. It was a little noisy on my side of the hotel, but it's right in the heart of downtown Berkeley, so it's exactly what you'd expect. Walkable to literally everything you could possibly need/want, including a plethora of great restaurants. Reasonably-priced valet service, as well as a self-parking garage across the street. Gym was small but had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!
