房間的空調很差，無論怎樣調節，很多時幾乎沒有冷氣，很熱

Air conditioner kept leaking water on floor.

Reception was nice and polite when check in and check out. However, the room was noisy, guests from next door just talking and shouting all nights, called reception to complaint but took at least half an hour to send some people in to ask them to quiet down. Restaurant staffs were un-polite.

酒店有裝修工程進行中，正門未能正常出入，拿行李出入很麻煩；房間隔音差，街上的汽車聲影響睡眠；床頭最好可以提供USB充電電源；酒店職員有禮亦主動，是最滿意的部分。

整體服務質素很好、泳池乾淨、略嫌望地盆景差。酒店區大型商場欠奉，附近沒有什麼好逛。優點是十分近MRT站。旅客最好先弄清楚如何轉BTS缐。如果想寧靜舒適，這間酒店是可取的。

Reception staff Woody is very polite and professional and vey helpful. Next time will visit this hotel again.
