越南中部海灘假期

I really enjoyed my stay at Melia Danang - the facilities, breakfast, and room were all excellent, and most staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my check-in experience was disappointing. I arrived after a long motorbike journey from Hue with a hired driver. Instead of being welcomed, staff just come straight to me deliver told he shouldn't stop there, without even greeting me as a guest. Not sure is there a protocol no food delivery bike at the front but hey it should depends on the situation I'm not prepared to come all the way to unload my bag far away from reception. There is staff available but they seems to care about telling my driver off then to help with receiving guest. no one helped with my luggage, leaving my bag by the roadside while I sorted everything out myself. The reception seemed understaffed, and the check-in staff's limited English made communication challenging, which was surprising as other staff I met later at the pool side & restaurant spoke English fluently! The poor arrival experience aside, everything else about the hotel was wonderful. I hope management can improve their guest welcome procedures to match the quality of the rest of the property.

My friends and I absolutely love this resort. The food was good, the beach was stunning and the staff was absolutely godsend. They were friendly and super helpful. I just wish the room can be more wheelchair accessible especially its washroom. But it’s definitely worth recommending!!
