Hotel is in a nice and safe location with easy access to transportation and a big mall nearby with good shopping and dining options. Note that swimming at the beach is not allowed and the adult pool was closed as of April 2025, which we weren’t aware when we booked. Lots of really nice facilities for kids of all ages. Decent service though most staff does not speak English at all.

Snorkeling directly on a coral reef was great. The food was way too expensive so very few seemed to eat at the hotel and ordered food in. The breakfast buffet was top notch!

"Hotel is dated and needs a refurbishment. The addition of a heat pool would allow for winter swimming like at other hotels in Sanya. Restaurants were limited in selection and tired. Location seemed away from the any other decent off-site dining so overall not a great location if you are looking for ..."
