Great value for money. Central location, 10 minutes walk to Waterbom. Everything you need is on your doorstep and you don’t need to cross the main road to get to the beach.

The hotel is in a central location in Kuta close to the beach, but no direct beach access. Lobby and pool are look impressive. Rooms are spacious and in good shape.
Unfortunately the hotel was quite rigid. Check-in starts at 2 pm, we arrived at 1:30pm, were told we'd have to wait until 2pm. It took until 2:45 until we could enter our room.
Part of the package was a massage voucher. Even though we stayed for 3 nights the spa could not find an appointment until 1pm on our departure day, after checkout time of 11 am. We asked the hotel whether we could keep the room until after the massage and they insisted we be out at 11.
The hotel advertises free airport transport. Our flight departed at 7:20 pm and they only have a shuttle bus at 6 pm and 9 pm. What a joke.
The individually ordered food was great. The breakfast buffet was ok.
