All very good. Some rusty sections in the bathroom which you may want to look at at some point.

The hotel is a bit down at heel but good value. Clean and spacious and a great location.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

Brilliant location for accessing Chinatown, shopping options, and the light rail that connects to everything. Disappointed in the room servicing on the weekend but was able to get enough towels to see me through my stay. Will definitely stay there again but please do a better job servicing the rooms.

Our room was large and had a balcony. The hotel was conveniently located to Central Station offering easy access to all parts of the city.

Room was clean, staff were great and helpful. Didn't use the bar or have breakfast as we had the kids just for 1 nights stay but definitely looked enjoyable. Will definitely stay again if we have to travel anywhere nearby again

Great facilities , excellent location, the buffet breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had highly recommend True 5star accommodation

Friendly staff and beautiful room. Wonderful pool.
