Well located hotel. Staff are fantastic. They mention about the pillows when you check in that if they’re not what you’re after to phone reception and they’ll organise other ones - but at 11pm at night when you’re in your PJs you’re not really going to do that! Pillows are seriously all like rocks - ended up sleeping on folded towels!

From the moment I arrived, this hotel impressed me. The room was fantastic spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The shower was absolutely brilliant, one of the best I’ve experienced in any hotel. The check-in staff were amazing: warm, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable about Singapore, which made me feel instantly at home. On the reception level, there’s even a robot coffee machine that adds a fun, modern touch to the experience a small detail, but one that shows how thoughtfully the hotel blends style with innovation. The sky bar and infinity pool are top notch, offering stunning views and a great atmosphere. I’ve stayed at Marina Bay before, and yes, that’s bigger, but COMO Metropolitan really holds its own. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a retreat. Overall, this was a brilliant stay. Stylish rooms, superb service, and thoughtful extras made it memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, character, and a great base in Singapore.

No proper instructions on how to operate the washer/dryer. Maintenance guy had to come up twice.

Absolutely flawless. Great location, lovely spacious rooms with super comfy beds and excellent aircon. Staff wonderful and the the property was in excellent condition. It was a very special stay - our second stay and will not be the last. Highly recommended 10/10.

Staff were most helpful and attentive. Nice pool to swim in. Pity not a bar alongside. Room was clean and functional.
