Great apartment. Good facilities. Friendly staff.

Rooms were clean but the cleaning is twice a week Breakfast was good. Staff was very courteous and professional. No A/C per say, but good room temperature. Over all, it was a nice experience.

Our room was very well stocked in the small kitched, even a dishwasher. Every thing you would need if wanting to cook a couple of light meals. Room was very quiet and spacious. Getting in the front door first time was a liitle tricky as we didnt have an entry card and i didn't understand the french being spoke with i presume instructions. Apparently you have to push the call button twice to speak to receptionist. If taking your car i would advise that you call ahead and pre book a parking space as they are only allocated 18 in the underground car park.. i will certainly book there again when i return to Paris as it seems very easy to get public transport within a 5 min walk

The stay was great, the room wasn’t huge but spacious enough to feel comfortable and the cleaning crew was kind and nice. There was only one thing that we have kept asking but I think one or two members of the concierge didn’t understand me so it never got fixed despite me asking repeatedly. For the rest, the location is great so close to gare de Lyon and full of restaurants and stores, very lively area!
