若洲海灘假期

We stay with Monday so many times in few different locations. We love the facilities however I am expecting more services from the front desk staff, I ask for luggage storage the answer was no but I understood. However when I ask for sending my luggage to next hotel the front desk can only direct me to the logistics company instead helping me to organise it… well I know I am staying with a service apartment not a hotel…

Too small for 5 people a room

以往一向住新宿站，但這次我們在羽田機場往返，所以打算住東京站附近的酒店更方便。上野站的酒店是很划算的地方，這間酒店的氛圍很好很新淨，而且距離上野JR站或地鐵站只有5分鐘的路程，走一段小路在上天橋便是了還有升降機或扶手電梯對拖行李箱的旅客友好。酒店轉角位也有一間很大的7–11可以回酒店前補充食糧。房間很乾淨我選了了豪華雙人床房空間很夠。去的時候每人還有welcomedrink。特別感謝前台的同事，他們能以英語溝通並協助我處理了一些旅行上的事宜，很感激。酒店大堂有一間餐廳，雖然我沒有在這裏用餐，但氛圍十分之好，也有很多日本人會在此用餐。很推薦這間酒店給大家。

房間大間，對面有超商，走路5分鐘有地鐵站，很方便

房間非常乾淨、寬敞！房間就有洗衣機，超級加分！

房间很大，品川交通便利。浴室卫生度还有待提高。花洒喷头发霉了

Grand hotel with Beautiful garden. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the stay very much. Need to walk uphill from the nearby Metro station to the hotel, could be good exercise in nice weather.

酒店位置非常好,鄰近地鐵站,附近各類便利店和餐廳也很足夠,整體來說,酒店住宿的體驗是很好的.

> Staff are friendly, helpful, beautiful and energetic > the hotel is clean and convenient (to JR and shopping mall nearby), rooftop free area is relax and have a good view > the room is clean, amenity are sufficient, but the sound proof may be not too strong as I can clearly hear someone snoring from beside
