This was an ideal apartment for a family of 4. It is a good size, all amenities are included (eg washing machine/dryer, kitchenette, fridge, freezer, microwave wave, Toaster, rice cooker all included in the room). Staff were super helpful. Lots of public transport options nearby made getting around super easy. Would stay again and wholeheartedly recommended to anyone.

My family of 4 stayed for a week. The unit was pretty spacious when considering the usual size of a hotel room in Tokyo. The amenities were good in particular the washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable and gave good support for a good night's sleep. The hotel was close to a metro station and was convenient for going to places.

The room and the hotel amenities were just okay. I wouldn't rate this a 5 star hotel. 4 star at best. Rooms were clean, the bed was comfy. The breakfast was average. The view from the restaurant and bar at the top floor was fabulous. I would stay there again if the room rate was a little cheaper.

The hotel is at a very accessible location close to Ueno Station, and the entrance to Naka-Okachimachi Station is literally within 15m of the hotel's entrance, so your choices in commuting around using the train network are numerous.
Our room was very spacious and clean and worth the small price for the upgrade. The staff were also extremely polite and helpful, especially when speaking English.
Overall, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again, considering the ease of access to the train stations in the surrounding areas, the ability to walk to Ameyoko market street for the food, and a slower pace of life compared to the busier areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya.
