My reserved room at Wynn was switched to Encore. We had quite a bit of luggage, are both old, and it's a haul. No bellman was offered. The shower is beautiful but disappointing - very conventional shower head. And of course this being Vegas you get cleaned out in every possible way.
That said, both Wynn and Encore are stunning properties. I only had night but I'd have stayed happily for a week. Very well-done. Excellent beds, large rooms, a somewhat annoying iPad control system, but yeah, this is a lovely place.
