Very disappointing for the price we paid. It may have been nice 20 years ago, but it’s now dated and a far cry from the luxury it promises.

The room was more style over substance. The beds are too hard and squeak with every movement. This leads to an uncomfortable nights sleep. All contact with reception is done through an app which is not great. Simple things like towels and toilet paper have to be asked for 2-3 times before they are received. Hand soap was not available until requested. No Basic cutlery was in the room and when provided was removed at the next clean. We would recommend that the app is more efficient, or the opportunity to talk to someone if assistance is required. A full length mirror should also be in every room. Finally, room around the bathroom sink would be desirable.
