My wife and I have stayed at this property twice while visiting family in Taiwan. The hotel is close to the airport (about a 20 min drive away) and is conveniently located next to the metro, Global Mall and many local stores/shops/restaurants. It is very easy to grab a taxi or ride share.
We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was very clean, roomy and comfortable, and also had a nice view of the city. The Fullon staff was friendly and very attentive to any needs we had during our stay. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day, with so many delicious options. Try the bone broth soup!
The only negative I think of is that depending on which floor your room is located on, the noise from local traffic can be a little annoying. But that is to be expected since the hotel is located in a very busy and vibrant area of the city (metro stop and Chang Gung Memorial Hospital across the street).

Friendly staff and great services. Good choices for buffet breakfast. Walking diatance to shopping complex with a variety of food choices. Room is clean and drinks&snacks in mini bar are free. Steam and public bathing in the hotel is absolutely relaxing.

Executive king room is quite small and impact. Couldn't even strech out in the bath tub.
Room otherwise is clean, bed is comfortable.
Buffet breakfast is the highlight of the day. Spoiled with choices, foods are mostly fresh.
Hotel is conveniently situated. Subway station is just across the road and bus hubs are a minute of walk.
Staff are mostly pleasant and helpful.
