Good

This was the third time I stayed in this hotel and was not happy about the room arrangement. When I made the booking, I especially requested high level floor and the room near the life lobby. To my surprise, the room was at the far end of the lobby and just one floor above the reception lobby . I understand that not all the requests can be entertained but I like the hotel management enlightens me the criteria of consideration of the requests.
