An OK experience. They let us check in early which was generous and super-helpful with two small children in tow.
The reception is on the second floor, with only two relatively small lifts, so there was often a big queue for lifts at the ground floor and to get up to rooms at check-in/out times (stairs are fire escape only). Advise being a bit early to check out etc so you don't get caught in a queue.
Family room was pretty tight space-wise.

Paid so much for a new villa, but the service and experience is very subpar. I also suspect they’re understaffed. Won’t go back again.

Bring mosquito repellent if you will be lounging by the pool. I got about 10 bites in an hour. Other than that, everything was excellent.
