We had a great time here!
There was an outdoor movie event going on and always people having weddings downstairs, it made for a nice atmosphere :-)
The mall is connected to the hotel but not too close so very convenient without being too busy feeling
Everyone was very helpful and we had everything we needed.
Great if you’re looking to be close to but not in the city. About 20 min on the bus to the center of Sendai.

Thank you for pleasurable 3 night stay.What an amazing hotel, fantastic staff very helpful and polite. Very clean,great location for everything, would definitely stay again.

The staff are so sweet. We got to the executive lounge pretty late but the man let us stay until closing and let us take the last bit of snacks. Place is clean, has parking, and good views. No onsen, TV only has cable and the mirroring setting did not work with my phone. Other than that very good place.
